letter dated May 9, 1'y 69. We have been advised that the said Deed of Trust will create
a first lien on the leasehold interest of Mooney Aircraft Corporation described in the
referenced lease, among other properties, and acknowledge the right of Community Savings
& Loan Association of Fredericl~sburg to secure an assignment to them of the full rights
of Mooney Aircraft Corporation under the referenced lease in the event of a default in the
repayment of the loan of 9b1,592,000 in accordance with its terms.

N0. 10950 ORDER ACCEPTING OFFER OF KERRVILLE STATE HOSPI`1'AL FOR USED DC6 BULLDOZER
On this the 1st day of July 1969, came on to be heard and considered by the Court the
offer
/of the Kerrville State Hospital, an agency of the State of Texas, to pay Kerr County the
sum of $10,000.00 f'or the used Caterpillar D C 6 Bulldozer originally proposed to be traded
in by Kerr County on a new replacement unit, and it appearing to the Court that the
Kerrville State Hospital as an agency of the State of Texas could utiliae the machine concerned
to meet an emergency arising from certain legal requirements imposed upon it and it further
appearing to the Court that the offer made to Kerr County is higher than all other bids
received by Kerr County for the machine concerned, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner
Stone, seconded by Commissioner Bartel and unanimously approved by the Court that Kerr
County accept the aforesaid proposal made by the Kerrville State Hospital and that the
County Judge be authorized to execute any paper required to be executed by the purchaser.

On this the 1st day of July 1969, upon motion made by Commissioner Bartel, seconded by
Commissioner Stone, the Court unanimously approved the claims of Peterson Auto Company for
the following units of equipment:
One 1969 Chevrolet CS51G03 2 ton Dump Truck, Serial No. CS539P858846, with trade in of
1956 Ford truck, in the amount of $3631.71, payable out of the General Road and Bridge
Fund, for use by the Commissioner of Precinct No. 3.
One 1y69 Chevrolet CS51003 2 ton Dump Truck '6', Serial No. CS539P858851, in the
amount of 53138.35, payable out of the General Road and Bridge Fund, for use by the
Commissioner of Precinct No. 4.
