COURT CONVENED IN SPECIAL SESSION July 8, 1.969 at g;40 o'clock A.M., with the follow-
ing officers present;

and the Court having duly opened,	the following	proceedings were had;
N0. 10952 ORDER APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH THE STATE OF TEXAS FOR CONSTRUCTION OF CURBING
AND DRIVEWAYS ALONG POR'1'ICNS OF F. M. ROAD 783 AND ORDERING PAYMENT FOR SAME
On this the 8th day of Juiy 1869, came on to be heard and considered by the Court
the proposed contractual agreement with the Mate of Texas, acting by and through the
State Highway Commission, which agreement provides for the construction of curbing and
certain driveways along portions of F. M. Road 783 from Jackson Road North towards Inter-
state Highway No. 10 and it appearing to the Court that this proposal is necessary ir. order
to comply with certain commitments heretofore made by Kerr County incident to the procure-
ment of right-of-way for the reconstruction of portions of F. M. Road 783 and it further
appearing to the Court that the offer of the State of Texas to complete the construction
concerned for the sum of $4,700.00 is reasonable and in the best interests of Kerr County,
it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Schwethelm, seconded by Commissioner Burney and
unanimously approved by tre Court that Kerr County hereby approves the agreement concerned
and that the members of the Court be authorized to execute the same in the name of Kerr
County and it is further ordered that the Clerk and the Treasurer be authorized to draw a
voucher on tY,e F M 783 Right-of-Way Fund in the amount of $4,70C.00, payable to the
Treasurer of the State of Texas, Account of Trust Fund No. 927 and to deliver tY~e same
forthwith.

N0. 10853 'T'RANSFER OF $5,000.00 FROM GEAIERAL ROAD AND BRIDGE FUND TO F. M. 783 RIGHT-GF-
WAY FUND
On this the 8th day of July 196y, upon motion made by Commissioner Bartel, seconded
by Commissioner Stone, the Court unanimously approved that the County Clerk and County
Treasurer be, and are hereby directed to transfer the sum of $5,000.00 from the General
Road & Bridge Fund to the F. M. 783 Right-of-Way Fund.
