Schreiner Bank, Kerrville, Texas, of collections and deposits and disbursements by her in her official capacity, to officers and persons entitled thereto, and amounts remain_ng in her hands for the period from December 31, 1968, leaving a balance of $83,254.55 on deposit in said Trust Fund, for the period ending June 30, 1969. It appearing to the Court that said report is in due form and should be approved; therefore, on motion by Commissioner Bartel, seconded by Commissioner Stone, the Court unanimously approved said report as submitted, to be filed with the County Clerk. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-c-o N0. 10958 APPOINTMENT OF ELECTION OFFICIALS FOR THE YEAR 1969 On this the 14th day of July 1969, came on to be considered by the Court the appoint- ment of the necessary election officials for the ensuing year, for each of the nineteen Precincts of Kerr County and the Absentee Box at the Courthouse, as shown on Pages 8 - 14, inclusive, Volume 2, Record of Election Judges for Kerr County, Texas. Motion made by Commissioner Bartel, seconded by Commissioner Burney and unanimously approved by the Court that said officers be appointed for tre year 1969 and made a part hereof for all purposes. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o N0. 10959 ORDER CHANGING BOUNDARIES OF ELECTION PRECINCTS NOS. 2, 3 AND 15 'i'0 BE EFFECTIVE MARCH 1, 1970 On this the 14th day of July 1969, upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Bartel, the Court unanimously approved that pursuant to the provisions of Article 2.04 (a), Texas Election Code, that the Commissioners Court of Kerr County, did .- at its regular July 1969 Term order the following changes in the boundaries of certain Election Precincts of Kerr County, the said changes to be effective for all elections held on and after March 1, 1970. Kerr County voters registering as qualified voters for the 1970 election year will be registered pursuant to the said precinct boundary changes, which are as follows: ELECTION PRECINCT N0. 2 BEGINNING at the southwest corner of Survey 1423, H. E. & W. T. R. R. Co.; `THENCE, east to the southeast corner of Survey 1423; THENCE, easterly in a direct line to the north- west corner of Survey 599, Wm. Mackey; THENCE, northeast with the northwest line of Survey 599 to its north corner; THENCE easterly in a direct line to the southwest corner of Sellers and Leigh Survey No. 2, also known as B.
