Schreiner Bank, Kerrville, Texas, of collections and deposits and disbursements by her in her official capacity, to officers and persons entitled thereto, and amounts remaining in her hands for the period from December 31, 1968, leaving a balance of $83,254.55 on deposit in said Trust Fund, for the period ending June 30, 1969. Kerr County voters registering as qualified voters for the 1970 election year will be registered pursuant to the said precinct boundary changes, which are as follows: ELECTION PRECINCT N0. 2 BEGINNING at the southwest corner of Survey 1423, H. E. & W. T. R. R. Co.; THENCE, east to the southeast corner of Survey 1423; THENCE, easterly in a direct line to the north- west corner of Survey 599, Wm.
