Harper as Court Reporter for the 2nd 38th Judicial District be terminated as of July 7,

1969, the date of the termination of his services and that the salary of Aderle Herring
as Court Reporter be fixed at the rate of $2,898.70 per annum, effective as of July 16,
1969, payable out of the Jury Fund.

this order.
Motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Schwethelm and unanimous-
ly approved by the Court.

On this the 11th day of August 1969, came on to be examined by the Court the various
reports of July of the County and Precinct Officers of Kerr County, Texas, and the same
having been heard and considered by the Court, finds that said reports are true and correct
and should be approved; therefore, upon motion of Commissioner Schwethelm, seconded by
Commissioner Burney, the Court unanimously approved that the submitted reports be accepted
and filed with the County Clerk for future reference and subject to audit.
