On this the 11th day of August 1969, upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded
by Commissioner Bartel, the Court unanimously approved that the monthly allowance for
Stoney Armstrong be extended far six months, effective Augast 1, 1969.

On this the 11th day of August 1969, upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded
by Commissioner Burney, the Court unanimously approved the corrected Plat of Cedar Cliff
Subdivision.

N0. 10981 ACCEPTANCE OF ADDITIONAL ROAD EASF,MENTS IN KERRVILLE SOU7`H
On this the 11th day of August 1969, upon motion made by Commissioner Schwethelm,
seconded by Commissioner Stone, the Court unanimously approved that Kerr County accept
additional road easements in Kerrville South, subject to the provisions that actual mainten-
ance of roadways will not be assumed by Kerr County until residential development shall
justify said maintenance.

DTO. 10982 HILL COUNTRY TELEPHONE COOPERATIVE GRANTED USE OF AGRICULTURE EXHIBITION BUILDING
OCTOBER 6, 1970
On this the 11th day of August 196y, upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded
by Commissioner Bartel, the Court unanimously approved that the Hill Country Telephone
Cooperative, Inc., be granted use of the Kerr County Agriculture Exhibition Building
October 6, 1969 for their annual meeting, at no charge except janitorial service.

CANVASSED AND 'TABULAT'ED
On this the 11th day of August 1969, came on to be considered by the Court the returns
to be canvassed, to determine the results of the Proposed Amendments to the Oonstituticn
of Texas held on August 5, 1969.
Wherefore the Court having canvassed and tabulated the returns of the above-mentioned
Election, is of the opinion that said returns, after having been canvassed and tabulated
in Volume 5, Pages 100 thru 102, Record of Election Returns, and as certified by each
member of the Commissioners' Court, and upon motion of Commissioner Bartel, seconded by
Commissioner Burney, said returns are unanimously approved by the Court.

NU. 10984 ORDER APPROVING PAYMENT OF ELECTION OFFICERS
On this the 11th day of August 1969, upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded
by Commissioner Burney, the Court unanimously approved the payr,~ent of claims of Election
Officials as per claims on file ~- 51.50 per hour and the Presiding Judges 55.00 for bringing
in returns of Election, including the Absentee Box.
