to be canvassed, to determine the results of the Proposed Amendments to the Cvnstituticn
of Texas held on August 5, 1969.
Wherefore the Court having canvassed and tabulated the returns of the above-mentioned
Election, is of the opinion that said returns, after having been canvassed and tabulated
in Volume 7, Pages 100 thru 102, Record of Election Returns, and as certified by each
member of the Commissioners' Court, and upon motion of Commissioner Bartel, seconded by
Commissioner Burney, said returns are unanimously approved by the Court.
