On this the 11th. day of August 1969, a motion was made by Commissioner Schwethelm
thst Kerr County accept 'he gift of a Memorial Fountain from Pat and Dan Auld, as per
proposal on file with the Court. A second to the motion was called three times and none
having been heard, the motion was declared to have failed for want of a second.

On this the 11th day of August 1969, upon motion made by Commissioner Stone to reject
the proposal on file with the Court, seconded by Cemraissioner Bartel, with Commissioners
Burney, Bartel and Stone voting "AYE" and Com:nissicner Sch~•~ethelm voting "NO", said motion
carrying by a majority vote, that Kerr County reject the gift of a memorial fountain from
Pat and Dan Auld.

COURT' RECONVENED AUGUST 12, 196y at 10:30 o'clock A.Ni., with all members present
and the Court having duly opened the following proceedings were had:
N0. 10992 APPROVAL OF i~UARTERhY REPORT OF COUNTY 'TREASURER
On this the 12th day of August 1969, in Regular Monthly Session of Commissioners'
Court, came on for examination the Quarterly Report of Mrs. E. M. McDonald, County Treasurer
of said County, for the period beginning on the 1st day of May 1969 and ending on the 31st
day of July 1969, and the same having been examined and compared by the Court and found
correct.
And it appearing tc the Court that during tY.e said time the Treasurer has received
for account and credit and paid out of each of said funds as reflected in the report and
become a part thereof; and that said accounts received and paid out of the respective funds,
since the filing of the preceding report and during the period above stated, are found
correct as therein shown.
... It is therefore ordered by the Court that the said detailed report be, ar_d the same
is hereby approved, and the Clerk of this Court is hereby ordered to file same in the record
binder provided for the ivlinutes of County Finances, and that proper credits be made in the
accounts of said Treasurer in accordance with this order. Motion made by Commissioner
Burney, seconded by Corrimissioner Stone and unanimously approved by the Court.

N0. 10993 APPROVAL OF QUARTERLY REPORT OF COL~Iv~'TY FINANCES AND 'TABULAR S'i'A'i•EMEN`1' OF COUN`PY
CLERK OF INDEBTEDNESS, EXPEDTDITURES AND RECEIPTS OF KERR COUNTY
On this the 12th day of August 1969, came on tc be examined by the Court the Quarterly
Report and Tabular Statement oŁ Elmnie M. Muenker, County Clerk, covering the indebtedness,
expenditures and receipts of Kerr County for the quarter beginning May 1, 1969 and ending
July 31, 196y, and the same having been compared and examined by the Court and found correct.
Upon motion made by Commissioner Burney, seconded by Commissioner Stone, the Court
.-., unanimously approved said report and ordered said report to be filed for future reference
and subject to audit.
