M. McDonald, County Treasurer of said County, for the period beginning on the 1st day of May 1969 and ending on the 31st day of July 1y69, and the same having been examined and compared by the Court and found correct. Muenker, County Clerx, covering the indebtedness, expenditures and receipts of Kerr County for the quarter beginning May 1, 1969 and ending July 31, 196y, and the same having been compared and examined by the Court and found correct. It appearing to the Court that proper notices have been published in the official newspaper of Kerr County in the City of Kerrville, Tex~js for one week prior to the hearing date hereof, and after thorough examination by the Court and the consideration of the public interest of the Community, the Court is of the opinion that the proposed budget should be a_~proved.
