N0. 10990 MOTION TO ACCEPT PROPOSAL OF MEMORIAL FOUNl'AIN
On this the 11th day of August 1969, a motion was made by Commissioner Schwethelm
that Kerr County accept the gift of a Memorial Fountain from Pat and Dan Auld, as per
proposal on file with the Court. A second to the motion was called three times and none
having been heard, the motion was declared to have failed for want of a second.

tYie proposal on file with the Court, seconded by Commissioner Bartel., with Commissioners
Burney, Bartel and St~;ne voting "AYE" and Commissioner Schwethelm voting "NO", said motion
carrying by a majority vote! that Kerr County reject the gift of a memorial fountain from
Pat and Dan Auld.

N0. 10992 APPROVAL OF QUARTERLY REPORT OF COUN'1'Y `T'REASURER
On this the 12th day of August 1969, in Regular Monthly Session of Commissioners'
Court, came on for examination the Quarterly Report of Mrs. E. M. McDonald, County Treasurer
of said County, for the period beginning on the 1st day of May 1969 and ending on the 31st
day of July 1y69, and the same having been examined and compared by the Court and found
correct.
And it appearing to the Court that during the said time the Treasurer has received
for account and credit and paid out of each of said funds as reflected in the report and
become a part thereof; and that said accounts received and paid out of the respective funds,
since the filing oŁ the preceding report and during tY~e period above stated, are found
correct as therein shown.
.-- It is therefore ordered by the Court that the said detailed report be, and the same
is hereby approved, and the Clerk of this Court is hereby ordered to file same in the record
binder provided for the Minutes of County Finances, and that proper credits be made in the
accounts of said Treasurer ir. accordance with this order. Motion made by Commissioner
Burney, seconded by Comrissioner Stone and unanimously approved by the Court.

N0. 10y93 APPROVAL OF QUARTERLY REPORT OF COL'N`1'Y FINANCES AND TABULAR S'1'A'1'EMENT OF COUN`1Y
CLERK GF INDEBTEDNESS, EXPENDITURES AND RECEIPTS OF KERR COUNTY
On this the 12th day of August ly6g, came on to be examined by the Court the Quarterly
Report and Tabular Statement of Emmie M. Muenker, County Clerx, covering the indebtedness,
expenditures and receipts of Kerr County for the quarter beginning May 1, 1969 and ending
July 31, 196y, and the same having been compared and examined by the Court and found correct.
Upon motion made by Commissioner Burney, seconded by Commissioner Stone, the Court
unanimously approved said report and ordered said report to be filed for future reference
and subject to audit.

On this the 12th day of August 1969, upon motion made by Commissioner Burney, seconded

On this the 22nd day of August 1969, came on to be considered by the Court the public
hearing in the matter of the adoption of the County Budget for the year 1970. It appearing
to the Court that proper notices have been published in the official newspaper of Kerr
County in the City of Kerrville, Tex~js for one week prior to the hearing date hereof, and
after thorough examination by the Court and the consideration of the public interest of the
Community, the Court is of the opinion that the proposed budget should be a_~proved.
Therefore, on motion made by Commissioner Schwethelm, seconded by Commissioner Burney,
the Court unanimously approved the adoption of the County Budget for 1970.
