N0. 10995 ADOPTIOPd OF BUDGET FOR THE YEAR 1970
On this the 22nd day of August 1969, came on to be cor_sidered by the Court the public
hearing in the matter of the adoption of the County Budget for the year 1970. It appearing
to the Court that proper notices have been published in the official newspaper of Kerr
County in the City of Kerrville, Tex»s for one week prior to the hearing date hereof, and
after thorough examination by the Court and the consideration of the public interest of the
Community, the Court is of the opinion that the proposed budget should be approved.
Therefore, on motion made by Commissioner Schwethelm, seconded by Commissioner Burney,
the Court unanimously approved the adoption of the County Budget for 1970.
