On tk:is the 22nd day of August 19b9, came on to be cor_sidered by the Court the public
hearing in the matter of the adoption of the County Budget for the year 1970. It appearing
to the Court that proper notices have been published in the official newspaper of Kerr
County in the City of Kerrville, Tex-as for one week prior to the hearing date hereof, and
after thorough examination by the Court and the consideration of the public interest of the
Community, the Court is of she opinion that the proposed budget should be approved.
Therefore, on motion made by Commissioner Schwethelm, seconded by Commissioner Burney,
the Court unanimously approved the adoption of the County Budget for 1970.

On this the 8th day of September 1969, came on to be examined by the Court the various
reports of August of the County and Precinct Officers of Kerr County, Texas, and the same
having been heard and considered by the Court, finds that said reports are true and correct
and should be approved; therefore, upon motion of Commissioner Schwethelm, seconded by

On this the Nth day of September 196y, upon motion made by Commissioner Burney,
seconded by Cormissioner Bartel, the Court unanimously approved that the Plat of Silver
Hills Subdivision be approved, subject to the provisions that actual maintenance of road-
ways will not be assumed by Kerr County until residential development shall justify said
maintenance.

N0. 11001 APPROVAL OF 196y TAX ROLL BY BGARD OF E~.~UALIZA'1'ION
On this the 8th day of September 196y, with the County Judge and County Co:rmissioners
sitting as a Board of Equalization, did carefully examine the Tax Rolls made up from the
approved assessments by Juanita Reeves, Tax Assessor-Collector for Kerr County, and for
~^-- the year 1969 and did find that all Surveys and parts of Surveys of land, and all lots and
blocks of the cities and towns of this County and all personal property, insofar as they
were able to ascertain have been assessed for taxes for the year 1969 at its true an_d full
market or real valae.
