On this the 8th day of September 1969, came on to be examined by the Court the various
reports of August of the County and Precinct Officers oŁ Kerr County, Texas, and the same
having been heard and considered by the Court, finds that said reports are true and correct
and should be approved; therefore, upon moticn of Commissioner Schwethelm, seconded by
Commissioner Burney, the Court unanimously approved that the submitted reports be accepted

granted, at no charge other than janitorial service.

N0. 11000 APPROVAL OF PLAT OF SILVER HILLS SUBDIVISION
On this the 8th day of September 1969, upon motion made by Commissioner Burney,
seconded by Commissioner Bartel, the Court unanimously approved that the Plat of Silver
Hills Subdivision. be approved, subject to the provisions that actual maintenance of road-
ways will not be assamed by Kerr County until residential development shall justify said
maintenance.

Or. this the 8th day of September 196x, with the County Judge and County Commissioners
sitting as a Board of Equalization, did carefully examine the Tax Rolls made up from the
approved assessments by Juanita Reeves, Tax Assessor-Collector for Kerr County, and for
the year 1y69 and did find that all Surveys and parts of Surveys of land, and all lots and
blocks oŁ the cities snd towns oŁ this County and all personal property, insofar as they
