Hall, et al, comprising 4.83 acres out of Surveys 1659 and 1b69 be accepted, providing that actual maintenance of roadways will not be assumed by Kerr County until residential development shall justify said maintenance. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o N0. 11008 ORDER ACCEPTING OFFER OF l'HE KERR COUNTY CHAMBER OF COT•1:1.'RCE BEAU'1'IF ICA'iION "., COiir1I'1Y`EE '10 IPdS'PALL MEMORIAL FOUN'T'AIN ON KERR COUNTY COURTHOUSE SQUARE On this the 8th day of September, 1969 came on to be heard and considered by the Court the revised proposal of the Beautification Committee of the Kerr County Chamber of Commerce to install a T~Iernorial Fountain on the Kerr County Courthouse Square on the follow- ing basis: 1. Fountain to be completely installed at no cost to Kerr County. Installation to include Connection to existing water, sewer and eler+ri_cal systems as nosy located, as well as any necessary sidewalk construction. Fountain to be located to the east of the present sidewalk in front of the Court House and opposite the flagpole. 2. Kerr County will furnish the necessary water and electric current to operate the fountain with all other maintenance to be the responsibility of the Beautification Committee of the Kerr County Chamber of Couunerce, provided however that the financial cost of such maintenance will be participated in by Kerr County in an amount not to exceed .a32O.00 in any one calendar year, sucrr participation to be in the form of payment of bills ._. presented to Kerr County for services actually rendered in concurrence with the maintenance of the fountain. 3. In the event fountain is not maintained or becomes neglected or abandoned, Kerr County reserves the right to remove the same after 60 days declaration of notice entered
