On this the 13th day of October 1969, came on to be examined by the Court the various
claims and accounts against Kerr County and the respective Commissioners Precincts since
the last term of Court, which claims and accounts were approved for payment by the Clerk
and Treasurer, in amounts and out of Road & Bridge Nos. 1, 2, 3 and 4, General, Officers
Salary, Lateral Road 1, County Law Library and Jury Funds, as shown in the Minutes of
Accounts Allowed from page 1276 thru 1278 , Voucher Nos. 24534 thru 24654 , which were
made a part hereof and of this order.
Motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Burney and unanimously
approved by the Court.

N0. 11010 MONTHLY REPORTS OF COUNTY AND PRECINCT OFFICERS OF KERB COUN'PY APPROVED
On this the 13th day of October 1969, came on to be examined by the Court the various
reports of September of the County and Precinct Officers of Kerr County, Texas, and the
same having been heard and considered by the Court, finds that said reports are true and
correct and should be approved; therefore, upon motion of Commissioner Bartel, seconded
by Commissioner Schwethelm, the Court unanimously approved that the submitted reports be

N0. 11011 APPROVAL OF COUNTY CLF,RK'S QUARTERLY REPORT ON TRUST FUND AND FINES
On this the 15th day of October 1969, came on to be examined by the Court the Quarterly
Report of all monies and fees collected by Emmie M. Muenker, County Clerk, belonging to
officers, witnesses and other persons, remaining in her hands uncalled for by the parties
entitled thereto, for the period ending the 30th day of September 1969 and held on deposit
in the County Clerk's Trust Fund in the amount of $4,767.36.
Also Quarterly Report of Fines Imposed, Jury and Library Fees, Judgments received
and collected in the County Court by the Clerk of said Court, in the amount of $2656.00.
It appearing to the Court that said reports are in due form and should be approved;
therefore, on motion of Commissioner Bartel, seconded by Commissioner Burney, the Court
unanimously approved said reports as submitted, to be filed with the County Clerk.

N0. 11012 APPORTIONMENT OF LATERAL ROAD MONEY
On this the 13th day of October 1969, upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded
by Commissioner Schwethelm, it was unanimously approved by the Court that upon receipt of
$20,864.12 into the Kerr County Lateral Road Fund, the County Clerk and County Treasurer
are hereby directed to make the following transfers:

On this the 13th day of October 1969, upon motion made by Commissioner Bartel, seconded
by Commissioner Burney, the Court unanimously approved the Plat of Cypress Park Section One
and the Plat of Cypress Park Section Two, provided in so doing Kerr County does not accept
as County roadways the road easements dedicated for public use and further that Kerr County
does not assume responsibility for repair, maintenance, construction or reconstruction of
roadways so dedicated.

N0. 11014 APPROVAL OF PLAT OF RANCHERO ESTATES
On this the 13th day of October 1969, upon motion made by Commissioner Schwethelm,
seconded by Commissioner Stone, the Court unanimously approved the Plat of Ranchero Estates,
provided in so doing Kerr County does not accept as County roadways the road easements
dedicated for public use and further that Kerr County does not assume responsibility for
repairs, maintenance, construction, or reconstruction of roadways so dedicated.
