~~ and the Court having duly opened, the following proceedings were had: N0. 11020 ORDER ADOPTING PROVISIONS OF HOUSE BILL 222 61ST LEGISLATURE SO AS `TO PROVTDE FOR EXTENDED HOURS FOR THE LAWFUL SALE, POSSESSION AND CONSUMPTION OF ALCOHOLIC BEVEEAGES IN THOSE POR'1'IONS OF KERB COUNTY LYING OUTSIDE OF THE CORPORATE LIMI'1'S ' OF 'i'HE CITY OF KERRVILLE On this the 21st day of October 1969 came on to be heard and considered by the Court the matter of adopting the provisions of House Bill 222, 61st Legislature so as to provide for the extension of the hours for the lawful sale, possession and consumption of alcoholic beverages in Kerr County outside the corporate limits of the City of Kerrville, and it appearing to the Court that the City of Kerrville, the only incorporated municipality with- in Kerr County, Texas, has heretofore adopted the provisions of the said House Bill 222 and that several adjacent Counties have done likewise, and it further appearing to the Court that the interests of law enforcement would be best served by the provision of uniform hours for the sale, possession and consumption of alcoholic beverages within Kerr County and within the trade area comprising Kerr County and certain of its adjacent Counties, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Bartel and approved by a majority vote with Commissioners Stone, Bartel and Burney voting AYE and Commissioner Schwethelm voting NO that the Commissioners Court of Kerr County does hereby adopt the provisions of House Bill 222, as passed by the Regular Session of the 61st Legislature and in so doing adopts all the provisions of the said statutory enactment which are applicable to Counties having a population of 300,000 or more according to the last preceeding Federal Census with the applicability of the Courts action to extend to all areas of Kerr County outside of the corporate limits of the City of Kerrville and provided further that local option provisions governing the lawful sale of alcoholic beverages as heretofore adopted shall not be affected hereby. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o N0. 11021 APPROVAL OF CLAIMS AND ACCOUNTS On this the 21st day of October 1969, came on to be examined by the Court the various claims and accounts against Kerr County and the respective Commissioners Precincts since the last term of Court, which claims and accounts were approved for payment by the Clerk and Treasurer, in amounts and out of Road & Bridge No. 4, General and Kerr County Public Library Funds, as shown in the Minutes of Accounts Allowed, pages 1279- 1280 Voucher Nos. 24666 thru 24672 which were made a part hereof and of this order. Motion made by Commissioner Bartel, seconded by Commissioner Burney and unanimously approved by the Court. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o N0. 11022 ORDER APPROVING TRANSFER AND CLOSING OF F. M. 1340 RIGHT-OF-WAY FUND On this the 21st day of October 1969, upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Burney, the Court unanimously approved that the balance of X2,212.63 in the F.M. 1340 Right-of-Way Fund be transferred back into the F. M. Lateral Road Fund and that the F.
