N0. 11030 ORDER AUTHORIZING INVESTMENT OF SURPLUS FUNDS OU'1' OF KERB COUN'1'Y SPECIAL RIGH'1-
OF-WAY FUND IN U. S. TREASURY BILLS
On this the 10th day of November, 1969, came on to be heard and considered by the
Court the matter of investing certain surplus funds currently on deposit in the Kerr County
Special Right-of-Way Fund; and
It appearing to the Court that investment of such funds in United States Treasury
Bills would be advantageous and desirable, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Bartel,
seconded by Commissioner Burney, and unanimously approved by the Court that the Chas.
Schreiner Bank, the official depository of Kerr County, be authorized to purchase U. S.
Treasury Bi11s with 6 months maturity value of $10,000.00 for Kerr County and to hold the
same in safekeeping; and
It is further ordered that the Clerk and the Treasurer be authorized to draw a voucher
on the Special Right-of-Way Fund in the necessary amount to purchase the Treasury Bills
as aforesaid, doing so when advised by the Chas. Schreiner Bank as to the actual purchase
price, and making the said voucher payable as directed by the said bank; and
It is further ordered that the County Judge be authorized to sign any necessary
purchase orders or other instruments on behalf of Kerr County.

N0. 11031 APPROVAL OF SALARY INCREASE OF AGNES MacDONALD, SECRETARY TO COUN'1'Y JUDGE
On this the 10th day of November 1969, upon motion of Commissioner Schwethelm, seconded
by Commissioner Stone, the Court unanimously approved that the salary of Agnes MacDonald,
Secretary to the County Judge be raised from $2400.00 per annum to $2820.00 per annum,
effective November 1, 1969.

N0. 11032 APPORTIONMENT OF $7,000.00 FROM GENERAL ROAD AND BRIDGE FUND
On this the 10th day of November 1969, upon motion made by Commissioner Bartel, aecond-
ed by Commissioner Burney, the Court unanimously approved that the County Clerk and County
Treasurer be, and are hereby directed to apportion the sum of $7,000.00 out of the General
Road & Bridge Fund to the respective Commissioners' Precincts:

N0. 11033 TRANSFER OF $6,000.00 FROM THE GENERAL FUND TO THE OFFICERS SALARY FUND
On this the 10th day of November 1969, upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded
by Commissioner Burney, the Court unanimously approved that the County Clerk and County
Treasurer be, and are hereby directed to transfer the sum of $6,000.00 from the General
Fund to the Officers Salary Fund.

On this the 10th day of November 1969, upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded
by Commissioner Bartel, the Court unanimously approved the Minutes of Commissioners' Court
