COURT RECONVENED NOVEMBER 12, 1969 at 3;15 o'clock P.M., with all members present _-
and the Court having duly opened the following proceedings were had:
N0. 11035 APPROVAL OF QUARTERLY REPORT OF COUNTY TREASURER
On this the 12th day of November 196y, in Regular Monthly Session of Commissioners'
Court, came on for examination the Quarterly Report of Mrs. E. M. McDonald, County Treasurer
of said County for the period beginning on the 1st day of August 1969 and ending on the
31st day of October 1969, and the same having been examined and compared by the Court and
found correct.
And it appearing to the Court that during the said time the Treasurer has received
for account and credit and paid out of each of said funds as reflected in the report and
become a part thereof; and that said accounts received and paid out of the respective funds,
since the filing of the preceding report and during the period above stated, are found
correct as therein shown.
It is therefore ordered by the Court that the said detailed report be, and the same
is hereby approved, and the Clerk of this Court is hereby ordered to file same in the record
binder provided for the Minutes of County Finances, and that proper credits be made in the
accounts of said Treasurer in accordance with this order. Motion made by Commissioner
Stone, seconded by Commissioner Burney and unanimously approved by the Court.

N0. 11036 APPROVAL OF QUARTERLY REPORT OF COUNTY FINANCES AND TABULAR STATEMENT OF COUNTY
CLERK OF INDEBTEDNESS, EXPENDITURES AND RECEIPTS OF KERB COUNTY
On this the 12th day of November 1969, came on to be examined by the Court the Quarter-
ly Report and Tabular Statement of Emmie M. Muenker, County Clerk, covering the indebtedness,
expenditures and receipts of Kerr County for the quarter beginning August 1, 1969 and ending
October 31, 1969, and the same having been compared and examined by the Court and found
correct.
Upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Burney, the Court
unanimously approved said report and ordered said report to be filed for future reference
and subject to audit.
