M. 783 R/W, General, Officers Salary, County Law Library and Public Library and .._ Jury Funds, as shown in the Minutes of Accounts Allowed from page 1289 thru 1291 , Voucher Nos. 24946 thru 25071 , which were made a part hereof and of this order. Motion made by Commissioner Bartel, seconded by Commissioner Burney and unanimously approved by the Court. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o N0. 11038 ACCEPTANCE OF BID OF PETERSON AUTO COMPANY FOR '1 WO 1970 FOUR DOOR SEDANS FOR KERR COUNTY SHERIFF'S DEPARTMEN'1' On this the 8th day of December 1969, came on to be considered by the Court the sealed bids for two 1970 Model 4 Door Sedans for the Sheriff's Department, as per specifications on file in the County Clerk's office. Upon opening and reading the bids filed with the County Clerk of the Court, it is found that the bid of Peterson Auto Company, in the amount oŁ $3741.52, which is the total difference to be paid by the Sheriff's Department, between the two new units and the two 1967 Ford 4-Door Sedans, be accepted as the lowest and best bid. ,.., Motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Burney and unanimously approved by the Court. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o N0. 11039 MONTHLY REPORTS OF COUNTY AND PRECINCT OFFICERS OF KERR COUNTY APPROVED On this the 8th day of December 1969, came on to be examined by the Court the various reports of November of the County and Precinct Officers of Kerr County, Texas, and the same having been heard and considered by the Court, finds that said reports are true and correct and should be approved; therefore, upon motion of Commissioner Burney, seconded by Commissioner Stone, the Court unanimously approved that the submitted reports be accept- ed and filed with the County Clerk for future reference and subject to audit.
