FLOYD FOR RIGH`1-OF-WAY WIDENING OF CYPRESS CREEK ROAD EAS`i' OF I. H. HIGHWAY N0. LO On this the 23rd day of December, 1969, came on to be heard and considered by the Court the matter of compensation to be paid R. C. Floyd and wife, Lucille B. Floyd, for right-of- way required for the widening of the Cypress Creek Road immediately east of I. H. Highway No. 10 and it appearing to the Court that the right-of-way concerned is required to permit the correction of drainage problems resulting from the construction of I. H. Highway No. 10, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Bartel, seconded by Commissioner Stone, and unanimous- ly approved by the Court that Kerr County hereby offers to pay R. C. Floyd and wife, Lucille B. Floyd, the sum of $300.00 for land and damages for their conveyance to Kerr County of 0.306 acres of land out of Survey No. 462 along the north side of the present Cypress Creek to Kerrville County Road, and in addition to the foregoing cash consideration Kerr County will move the surplus top soil from the area concerned as per agreement and will also con-
