On this the 8th day of December 1969, came on to be examined by the Court Certificates
of Cancellation, Certificate No. 20386 and 20387, presented to the Court by Juanita Reeves,
Tax Assessor-Collector of Kerr County, and it appearing to the Court that the reasons set
out in said Certificate for the cancellation oŁ taxes are good and sufficient; it is
therefore ordered by the Court that the said certificate be granted and signed by the
County Judge.

approved by the Court,

COURT CONVENED IN SPECIAL SESSION DECEMBER 23, 1969 at 10:25 o'clock A. M., with

N0. 11051 APPROVAL OF CLAIMS AND ACCOUNTS
On this the 23rd day of December 1969, came on to be examined by the Court the various
claims and accounts against Kerr County and the respective Commissioners Precincts since
the last term of Court, which claims and accounts were approved for payment by the Clerk
and Treasurer, in amounts and out of Road and Bridge No. 2 Fund, as shown in the IwIinutes
of Accounts Allowed, page 1294 , Voucher Nos. 25148 thru 25150 , which were made a part
hereof and of this order.
Motion made by Commissioner Burney, seconded by Commissioner Stone and unanimously
approved by the Court.

N0. 11052 OFFER TO R. C. FLOYD AND WIFE, LUCILLE B. FLOYD FOR RIGH`1-OF-WAY WIDENING OF
CYPRESS CREEK ROAD EAS`i' OF I. H. HIGHWAY N0. LO
On this the 23rd day of December, 1969, came on to be heard and considered by the Court
the matter of compensation to be paid R. C. Floyd and wife, Lucille B. Floyd, for right-of-
way required for the widening of the Cypress Creek Road immediately east of I. H. Highway
No. 10 and it appearing to the Court that the right-of-way concerned is required to permit
the correction of drainage problems resulting from the construction of I. H. Highway No. 10,
it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Bartel, seconded by Commissioner Stone, and unanimous-
ly approved by the Court that Kerr County hereby offers to pay R. C. Floyd and wife, Lucille
B. Floyd, the sum of $300.00 for land and damages for their conveyance to Kerr County of
0.306 acres of land out of Survey No. 462 along the north side of the present Cypress Creek
to Kerrville County Road, and in addition to the foregoing cash consideration Kerr County
will move the surplus top soil from the area concerned as per agreement and will also con-
