On this the 10th day of November, 1969: came on to be heard and con-
sidered L;r the Court those portions of Order No. 10, 314 dated September 30,
1966 and Order No, 10, 352 dated November 14, 196L, wherein Kerr C~cnty
did agree, as part of ~;.e compensation to be granted W. G. Powell and wife,
Louise Powell, for their conveyance of right-of-way for F. M. Road 783, to

-'anal ~nnanimously approved by the Court that Kerr County hereby accepts the
aforQSaid proposal and that the said Order Nos. 10, 314 and 10, 352 be amend-
ed aecordingly, and it is further ordered that the Clerk and the Treasurer be
authorized to draw a voucher on the F, M. 783 ROW Fund in the amount of
$250. 00 payable to W. G. P.rs/elI and Louise Powell,
