Order Accepting Fencing Constructed by Gabriel Mata
Along F. M. Road 1340 and Ordering Payment of Same
On this the 21st day of February, 1969, came on to be heard and
considered by the Court the matter of acceptance of fencing construct-
ed along the Right-of-Way of F. M. Road 1340 by Gabriel Mata pur-
suant to agreement between Kerr County and certain abutting land
owners and it appearing to the Court that said fencing has been satis-
factorily constructed according to specifications, it is ordered on
motion by Commissioner Schwzthelm,- seconded by Commissioner Stone
and unanimously approved by the Court that Kerr County hereby accepts
the aforesaid fencing and that final payment therefor be made in the
amount of $1, 193. 11 as is set forth in Apendix "A" to this order;
and it is further ordered that the Clerk and the Treasurer be authorized
to draw a voucher on the F. M. 1340 ROW Fund in the amount of $1, 193. 11
,payable to Gabriel Mata,
