On this the 23rd day of December, 1969, came on to be heard and consider-
ed by the Court the matter of compensation to be paid R. G. Floyd and wife, Lucille
B. Floyd. for right-of-way required for the widening of the Cypress Creek Road im-

along. the. north line of the right-of-way conveyed, and it is further ordered that the
Clerk and the Treasurer be authorized to draw a voucher on the F. M. and Lateral
Road Fund in the amount of $300, 00 payable to R. C. Floyd and wife, Lucille B.
Floyd, upon their acceptance of the foregoing offer, which shall be deemed by all
parties as being evidenced by their delivery of their properly executed Right-of-
Way IIeed as aforesaid to Kerr County.
