Order Granting Request of Dugosh Aircraft Service Co., Inc. for
Lease of Additional Land at Louis Schreiner Field Subject to certain
Conditions
On this the 12th day of May, 1969, came on to be heard and considered
by the Court the request of Dugosh Aircraft Service Go. , Inc. , to lease an addi-
tional 3.35 acres of land from The City of Kerrville and Kerr County, which
Land is located at Louis Schreiner Field adja~ ent to the area heretofore leased to
the said company and which land is delineated on a plat revised February 3, 1967;
and it appearing to the Court that the lease proposal submitted is otherwise the
same as the one rejected by the Commissioners Court of Kerr County on Septem-
ber 30, 1966, due to an unacceptable purpose clause, which rejection is evidenced

by Order No. 10, 312 recorded in Volume M, page 393 of the/Commissioners Court,
it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Burney,
and unanimously approved by the Court that the request of Dugosh Aircraft Service
Co., Inc., to lease the additional 3.35 acres of land concerned at Louis Schreiner
Field be granted on the basis of the ground rental being computed at the same rate
as in the existing lease with the said company and with the further provision that
the purpose clause of such additional lease shall be identical as that set forth in
the existing lease as to 4. 1 acres of land dated November 9, 1965 and which
purpose clause is set forth on page 315 of Volume M of the Minutes of the Commis-
sioners Court, and it is Further ordered that the foregoing grant is made subject to
the concurrence therein by the City of Kerrville.
