Order Confirming Participation of Kerr County in
Proposed Ten Year Highway Plan for District l5
of Texas Highway Department
On this the 9th day of February, 1970 came on to be heard and,con-
side red by the Court the "Proposed Plan for the 1970's for District 15, Texas
Highway Department", and, it having been the .privilege of this Court to work
with various groups in the preparation of the said plan, and, the Court being
vitally interested in the progress of the Hill Country area of Texas as well
as the further improvement of our system of county roads throughout the State,
it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Bartel
seconded by Commissioner Burney and unanimously
approved by the Court that Kerr County be represented at the presentation
to the State Highway Commission and give its full support to the proposed
"Plan for the 1970's"
