On this the 31 s s: day of yecen7ber 19? 0, came on to be heard
and considered by the Court the matter of compensation to be paid Miriam Goforth
Brown, individually and as surviving widow of Mason Cooper Brown, deceased, to-
gether with l~iason Cooper Brown, Jr. , and Carolyn Brown Wiley (the aforesaid
r~sona constituting the sole heirs at law of Mason Cooper Brown, deceased} as
CoiY~ic~eration for their conveyance to the State of Texas of a garcel of land requir-

4, ,:~d,f`ezr right-of-way, together with the granting of one channel easement required
;~~~ ;~~ reconstruction and widening of F. M. Road 480; and after due consideration,

'~~_rr Gounty hereby offers to pay the aforesaid Miriam Goforth Brown, Mason

~o,czp~ Brown, 3r. , and Carolyn Brown Wiley the sum of $ 2, 41(3.03 for land
Ťai'rddamages as consideration for their conveyance to the Slate of Texas of the
aforesaid parcel of right-of-way comprising; 5. 585 acres of land out of Survey
No. 47, B. B. B. & C. R. R. Co. , together iuith their granting a channel easerx~ent
comprising 0. 088 acres out of the same survey; and in addition to the foregoing
cash consideration, Kerr County will provide the following:
1. Kerr County will construct approximately 3, 420 feet of new live-
stock fencing along the new right-of-way line which fencing shall
consist of 39 inch net wire with one barbed wire on top and pres-
sure txeated creosoted posts with ? inch or better tops set 25 feet
apart with 3 heart cedar stays between.
2. Kerr County will intstall a total of four 14 foot steel gates to re-
place the 3 gates presently opening onto r^^. M. Road 480 and the
1 gate at the south end of the field which opens into the adjacent
pasture.
And it is further ordered that the Clerk and the Treasurer be authorized
