it appearing to the Court that the improvements contemplated were rejected by the voters
'~ of Kerr County by virtue of the defeat of a proposal to issue bonds to finance the pro-
posed improvements as is evidenced by the returns of an election held November 9, 1963,
and canvassed by the Commissioners Court on November 12, 1963, and that since that time
no further proposals have been entertained by the Court for the construction of any of the
improvements which were the subject matter of the agreement dated October 21, 1958, it is
ordered on motion by Commissioner Bartel, seconded by Commissioner Stone and unanimously
approved by the Court that Kerr County hereby confirms its termination of the said agree-
ment as of November 12, 1963 and that it disclaims any further liability thereunder for
any and all purposes.

day of January 1970 at 10;00 o'clock A.M., in the City of Kerrville, a Regular Term of the
Commissioners' Court, with the following members present:

On this the 12th day of January 1970, came on to be examined by the Court the various
claims and accounta against Kerr County and the respective Commissioners Precincts since
the last term of Court, which claims and accounts were approved for payment by the Clerk
and Treasurer, in amounts and out of Road and Bridge Nos. 1, 2, 3 and 4, General Road and
Bridge, General, Officers Salary, County Law Library, Jury and F. M. 783 Right-of-Way
Funds, as shown in the Minutes of Accounts Allowed from page 1295 thru 129$, Voucher Nos.
251$2 thru 25312 , which were made a part hereof and of this order.
Motion made by Commissioner Bartel, seconded by Commissioner Burney and unanimously
pproved by the Court.

On this the 12th day of January 1970, came on to be examined by the Court the various
reports of December of the County and Precinct Officers of Kerr County, Texas, and the same
having been heard and considered by the Court, finds that said reports are +rue and correct
and should be approved; therefore, upon motion of Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commis-
sinner Schwethelm,	the Court	unanimously approved that the submitted reports	be accepted
and filed with the	County Cl	erk for	future reference and subject to audit.
