And it appearing to the Court that Kerr County has a population of less tY~an 20,000 inhabitants, according to the last Federal Census and that the interests of the County would be best served if the County Officials of Kerr County be paid on a salary basis as provided by law, for the year 1970. Upon motion duly made by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Bartel, and unanimously approved by the Court, it is ordered that the County Officials of Kerr County be paid on a salary basis as provided by law, for the year 1970.
