Muenker, County Clerk, belonging to officers, witnesses and other persons, remaining in her hands uncalled for by the parties entitled thereto, for the period ending the 31st day of December 1969 and held on deposit in the County Clerk's Trust Fund in the amount of $4,430.30. Also Quarterly Report of Fines Imposed, Jury and Library Fees, Judgments received and collected in the County Court by the Clerk of said Court, in the amount of $3249.00. It appearing to the Court that said reports are in due form and should be approved; therefore, on motion of Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Schwethelm, the Court unanimously approved said reports as submitted, to be filed with the County Clerk. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o N0. 11059 APPROVAL OF COUNTY CLERK'S SEMI-ANNUAL REPOR`1' ON TRUST FUND AND FINES On this the 12th day of January 1970, came on to be examined by the Court the semi- annual report of all receipts and disbursements of the County Clerk Trust Fund in the Chas. Schreiner Bank, Kerrville, Texas, of collections and deposits and disbursements by her in her official capacity, to officers and persons entitled thereto, and amounts remaining in her hands for the period from July 1, 1969, leaving a balance of $4,430.30 on deposit in said Trust Fund, for the period ending December 31, 1969. It appearing to the Court that said report is in due form and should be approved; therefore, on motion by Commissioner Bartel, seconded by Commissioner Burney, the Court unanimously approved said report as submitted, to be filed with the County Clerk. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o N0. 11060 ORDER SET'1'ING COUNTY OFFICIALS ON SALARY BASIS On this the 12th day of January 1970, at a Regular Term of the Commissioners' Court, with a quorum being present, there came on for consideration the matter of compensation of various County Officials of Kerr County, Texas, for the year 1970, as provided for in Article 3912e, Section 2, R.C.S. of Texas. And it appearing to the Court that Kerr County has a population of less than 20,000 inhabitants, according to the last Federal Census and that the interests of the County would be best served if the County Officials of Kerr County be paid on a salary basis as provided by law, Łor the year 1970. Upon motion duly made by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Bartel, and unanimously approved by the Court, it is ordered that the County Officials of Kerr County be paid on a salary basis as provided by law, for the year 1970.
