On this the 12th day of January 1970, upon motion made by Commissioner Schwethelm,
seconded by Commissioner Stone, the Court unanimously approved that the County Clerk and
County Treasurer be, and are hereby directed to transfer the sum of $10,000.00 from the
General Fund to the Officers Salary Fund.

ettes, providing that the actual maintenance of roadways will not be assumed by Kerr County
until residential development shall justify said maintenance.
