On this the gth day of February 1970, came on to be examined by the Court the various
reports of January of the County and Precinct pfficers of Kerr County, Texas, and the same
having been heard and considered by the Court, finds that said reports are true and correct
and should be approved; therefore, upon motion of Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commis-
sinner Burney,	the Court unanimously approved that the submitted reports be		accepted
and filed with the	County Clerk for future reference and subject to audit.

Stoney Armstrong be extended for six months, effective as of February 1, 1970.

N0. 11074 AIMS FRANK REAL GRANTED USE OF AGRICULTJRE EXHIBITION BUILDING JUNE 6 to JUNE
13, 1970
On this the 9th day of February 1970, upon motion made by Commissioner Bartel, second-
ed by Commissioner Stone, the Court unanimously approved that Aime Frank Real be granted
use of the Agriculture Exhibition Building, June 6, 1970 to June 13, 1970, Inc., for a
rental of $200.00 and in addition that the building be cleaned by July 1, 1870.

N0. 11075 COMPENSATION OF 198TH DISTRICT JUDGE AS JWENILE JUDGE
On this the 9th day of February 1970, upon motion made by Commissioner Schwethelm,
seconded by Commissioner Bartel, the Court unanimously approved that the compensation of
the Judge of the 198th District as Juvenile Judge be compensated at $600.00 per annum,
effective the date of qualification, January 27, 1970.

the "Proposed plan for the 1970's for District 15, Texas Highway Departrnent~~, and, it
having been the privilege of this Court to work with various groups in the preparation of
the said plan, and, the Court heing vitally interested in the progress of the Hill Country
"~ area of Texas as well as the further improvement of our system of county roads throughout
the State, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Bartel, seconded by Commissioner Burney
and unanimously approved by the Court that Kerr County be represented at the presentation
to the State Highway Commission and give its full support to the proposed "Plan for the
