N0. 11077 ORDER AMENDING ORDER 11,008 TO AUTHORIZE RELOCATION OF PROPOSED MEMORIAL
FOUNTAIN
On this the 9th day of February, 1970 came on to be heard and considered by the Court
the request of the Beautification Committee of the Kerr County Chamber of Commerce for
permission to relocate the proposed Memorial Fountain heretofore accepted by Kerr County
pursuant to the provisions of Order No. 11,008, dated September 8, 1969 and recorded in
Volume N, Page 103 of the Minutes of the Court; and it appearing to the Court that the letter
request of the said committee dated February 5, 1970, for permission to locate the fountain
concerned in the area of the Court House Square lying immediately to the west of the exist-
ing flagpole should be granted, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Stone, seconded by
Commissioner Schwethelm and approved by a majority vote with Commissioners Stone, Schwethelm
and Burney and Judge Neunhoffer voting "Aye" and with Commissioner Bartel voting "No" that
the aforesaid Order No. 11,008 be amended so as to provide for a change of the location of
the aforesaid Memorial Fountain as above set forth. d~

On this the 9th day of February 1970, upon motion made by Commissioner Bartel, seconded
by Commissioner Burney, the Court unanimously approved the Minutes of Commissioners' Court
of Kerr County, Texas, from pages 123 thru 128, Volume N.

N0. 11079 APPORTIODTMENI OF $14,000.00 FROM GENERAL ROAD & BRIDGE FUND
On this the 9th day of February 1970, upon motion made by Commissioner Schwethelm,
seconded by Commissioner Bartel, the Court unanimously approved that the County Clerk and
County Treasurer be, and are hereby directed to apportion the sum of $14,000.00 out of the
General Road & Bridge Fund to the respective Commissioners' Precincts:

N0. 11080 TRANSFER OF $10,000.00 FROM GENERAL FUND TO OFFICERS SALARY FUND
On this the 9th day of February 1970, upon motion made by Commissioner Bartel, seconded
by Commissioner Burney, the Court unanimously approved that the County Clerk and County
Treasurer be, and are hereby directed to transfer the sum of $10,000.00 from the General
Fund to the Officers Salary Fund.
