131 COURT RECONVENED FEBRUARY 10, 1970 at 10:30 o'clock A.M., with all members present and the Court having duly opened the following proceedings were had: N0. 11081 APPROVAL OF QUARTERLY REPORT OF COUN`1'Y FINANCES AND 'TABULAR S'TAT'EMENT' OF COUNTY CLERK OF INDEBTEDNESS, EXPENDITURES AND RECEIPT'S OF KERR COUNY'Y On this thelOth day of February 1970, came on to be examined by the Court the Quarterly Report and Tabular Statement of Emmie M. Muenker, County Clerk, covering the indebtedness, expenditures and receipts of Kerr County for the quarter beginning November 1, 1969 and ending January 31, 1970 and the same having been compared and examined by the Court and found correct. Upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Bartel, the Court unanimously approved said report and ordered said report to be filed for future reference and subject to audit. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o N0. 11082 APPROVAL OF QUARTERLY REPOR'1' OF COUNY 'TREASURER ^ On this the 10th day of February 1970, in Regular Monthly Session of Commissioners' Court, came on for examination the Quarterly Report of Mrs. E. M. McDonald, County Treasur- er of said County for the period beginning on the 1st day of November 1969 and ending on the 31st day of Jaxiuary 1970, and the same having been examined and compared by the Court and found correct. And it appearing to the Court that during the said time tY.e Treasurer has received for account and credit and paid out of each of said funds as reflected in the report and become a part thereof; and that said accounts received and paid out of the respective funds, since the filing of the preceding report and during the period above stated, are found correct as therein shown. TOSCANO AS DEPUTY SHERIFF AND CENTER POIN'1' NIGHTWA'1'CH- MAN On this the 16th day of February 1970, upon motion made by Commissioner Burney, seconded by Commissioner Stone, the Court unanimously approved that the resignation of accepted, '~ Richard B.
