N0. 11084 ORDER APPROVING APPLICATION OF LEON F. MAPLES, SHERIFF TO APPOINT RAYMOND L.
RHODES, DEPU'1'Y SHERIFF AND CENTER POIN'1 NIGHTWA'1'CHMAN
On this the 16th day of February 1970, came on to be considered by the Court the
application of Leon F. Maples, Sheriff, for authority to deputize Raymond L. Rhodes as
Deputy Sheriff and Center Point Nightwatchman. It appearing to the Court that said officer
is entitled to said deputy and that his application should be approved; therefore on motion
made by Commissioner Burney, seconded by Commissioner Stone, the Court unanimously approved
that said officer be authorized to deputize Raymond L. Rhodes as Deputy Sheriff and Center
Point Night watchman and fixing his compensation at the rate of $1575.00 per annum, plus
automobile allowance of $360.00 per annum, effective the date of his qualification, the
same being the 16th day of February 1970.

N0. 11085 APPROVAL OF CLAIM OF ROGER COLBATH
On this the 16th day of February 1970, upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, second-
ed by Commissioner Burney, the Court unanimously approved the claim of Roger Colbath
for 256 loads of gravel C~ 1.00 per load, payable out of Road and Bridge #4 Fund, in the
amount oŁ $256.00, as shown in the Minutes oŁ Accounts Allowed, page 1307, Voucher No.
25549, which were made a part hereof and of this order.

Company in the amount of $3741.52 for two 1970 Chevrolet Biscayne 8 - 4 Door Sedans, payable
out of the General Fund.
