COUNTY OF KERR tt BE IT REMEMBERED that there was begun and holden on the
9th day of March 1970 at 10;00 o'clock A.M., in the City of Kerrville, a Regular Term of
the Commissioners' Court, with the following members present;

Roger Stone	Commissioner	Precinct	4
and the Court having duly opened,	the following	proceedings were had:
N0. 11089 APPROVAL OF CLAIMS AND ACCOUNTS
On this the 9th day of March 1970, came on to be examined by the Court the various
claims and accounts against Kerr County and the respective Commissioners Precincts since
the last term of Court, which claims and accounts were approved for payment by the Clerk
and Treasurer, in amounts and out of Road and. Bridge Nos. 1, 2, 3 and 4, General Road &
Bridge, General, Officers Salary, County Law Library, Public Library, Jury, Permanent
Improvement and Special Airport Maintenance Funds, as shown in the Minutes of Accounts
Allowed from page 1310 thru 1313 , Voucher Nos. 25640 thru 25773 , which were made
a part hereof and of this order.
Motion made by Commissioner Bartel, seconded by Commissioner Burney and unanimously
approved by the Court.

N0. 11090 MONTHLY REPORTS OF COUNTY AND PRECINC`1' OFFICERS OF KERR COUNTY APPROVED
Un this the 9th day of March 1970, came on to be examined by the Court the various
reports of February of the County and Precinct Officers of Kerr County, Texas, and the
same having been heard and considered by the Court, finds that said reports are true and
correct and should be approved; therefore, upon motion of Commissioner Burney, seconded
by Commissioner Schwethelm, the Court unanimously approved that the submitted reports be
accepted and filed with the County Clerk for future reference and subject to audit.

N0. 11091 SPECIAL AIRPORT MAINTENANCE FUND CLOSED OUT
On this the 9th day of March 1970, upon motion made by Commissioner Bartel, seconded
by Commissioner Schwethelm, the Court unanimously approved that the Special Airport
Maintenance Fund be closed out on the books of the Treasurer and that any delinquent ad-
valorem tax collected be deposited in the General Fund.
