T (b) as enacted by the 61st Legislature, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Bartel, seconded by Commis- sioner Burney and unanimously approved by the Court that Kerr County grant the request of the Kerr County Soil and Water Conservation District to contribute the sum of $300.00 for use to secure matching state funds and it is further ordered that the Clerk and the Treasur- er be authorized to draw a voucher on the Flood Control Maintenance Fund, pursuant to authority contained in Article 1109K, Sec. 3, in the amount of $300.00, payable to Kerr County Soil and Water Conservation District. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o D?0. 11093 ORDER ACCEPTING OFFER OF HAROLD G. BISHOP '1'0 GRANT RIGHT-OF-WAY EASEN~N'1' FOR RELOCATED PORTION OF VOGES ROAD IN PRECINCT N0. 3 On this the 9th day of March 1970 came on to be heard and considered by the Court the offer of Harold G. Bishop to grant Kerr County a Right-of-Way Easement for a relocated portion of the Voges County Road in Precinct No. 3, which easement would comprise 0.588 acres out of Original Survey 381, Thomas Barnett, the said offer being conditioned upon the granting by Kerr County of a ~2uitclaim Deed as to 0.177 acres of land out of said Survey 381 originally intended for use as a portion of the said Voges Road and it appearing to the Court that the 0.177 acres of land which was previously granted Kerr County by conveyance and otherwise, including a deed from Robert Voges to Kerr County, Texas recorded in Vol. X Page 253, Kerr County Deed Records, is not suited or needed for road purposes due to the relocation of the said Voges Road on the 0.588 acre easement herein referred to, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Bartel, seconded by Commissioner Burney and unanimously approved by the Court that Kerr County hereby agrees to accept the offer of the said Harold G. Bishop to grant the 0.558 acre easement as aforesaid in exchange for a i~uitclaim Deed to be executed by Kerr County as to the C.177 acres as aforesaid and it is further ordered that the County Judge be authorized to execute Kerr County's t~uitclaim ;_„ Deed in favor of the said Harold G. Bishop as to the 0.177 acres concerned and to deliver the same upon receipt of the properly executed Right-of-Way Easement as aforesaid. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o N0. 11094 APPROVAL OF COMPET?SATION FOR DISTRICT AT''1.ORNEY'S SECRETARY OF 198TH JUDICIAL DISTRICT On this the 9th day of March 1970, upon motion made by Commissioner Bartel, seconded by Commissioner Burney, the Court unanimously approved that the compensation to be paid the secretary for the District Attorney for the 198th Judicial District be set at the rate of $1054.56 per annum, effective March 1, 1970, payable out of the General Fund. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o N0. 11095 APPRCVAL OF COMPENSATION FOR COURT REPORTER FOR 198TH JUDICIAL DISTRIC`1' On this the 9th day of March 1970, upon motion made by Commissioner Schwethelm, seconded by Commissioner Bartel, the Court unanimously approved that the salary of the Court Reporter for the 198th Judicial District be fixed at the rate of $2,777.16 per annum, effective the date of qualification, payable out of the Jury Fund. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o
