i)~ Commissioner Precinct No. 1 /s/ Adolph Bartel Commissioner Precinct No. 3 /s/ Roger Stone Commissioner Precinct No. 4 o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o N0. 11101 ORDER CONCURRIPdG IN AND CONFIRMING APPOINTMENT OF FIVE MEMBERS OF JOINT AIRPOR3 BOARD On this the 13th day of March, 1970, came on to be heard and considered by the Court the matter of the appointment of five members of the Joint Airport Board heretofore created by joint action of the City of Kerrville and Kerr County for the purpose of operating Louis Schreiner Municipal Airport as is evidenced by Order No. 11,087, dated February 25, 1970, and recorded in Vol. N, Page 133 of the minutes of the court; and the Court having been advised that the City Council of the City of Kerrville has heretofore on the 10th day of March, 1970, appointed the following duly qualified residents of Kerr County, Texas, to ... serve as the five initial members of said board, to-wit; E. W. Crowder, Jack Auld, Earl Garrett, Manley W. Cooper, and W. H. Cowden; and It further appearing to the Court that pursuant to the provisions of Order No. 11087 as aforesaid, such appointments as made by the City of Kerrville require the concurrence and confirmation of the Commissioners Court of Kerr County; and It further appearing to the Court that the five appointed as aforesaid are duly qualified to discharge the duties and responsibilities of said Joint Airport Board, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Bartel and unanimously approved by the Court that the Commissioners Court does hereby concur in and confirm the appointment of the following five citizens of Kerr County as members of the Joint Airport Board as aforesaid: E. Cooper o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o N0. 11102 APPROVAL OF CLAIM OF THE CITY OF KERRVILLE On this the 13th day of March 1970, upon motion made by Commissioner Bartel, seconded by Commissioner Stone, the Court unanimously approved the claim of the City of Kerrville in the amount of :1438.58 ($363.62 payable out of the General Fund and$1074.96 payable out of the Kerr County public Library Fund), as shown in the Minutes of Accounts Allowed page 1313 Voucher Nos. 25775 and 25776, which were made a part hereof and of this order. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o N0. 11103 RESOLUTION REC~UESI'ING CCN`1'INUA'1'ION OF' RAILROAD SERVICE BETWEEN KERRVILLE AND SAN ANTONIO, TEXAS WHEREAS, attention has been directed to the Commissioners Court of Kerr County, Texas, as to the proposal of the Southern Pacific Railroad to discontinue railroad service 1~ on its line from San Antonio to Kerrville, Texas, from Camp Stanley northwestward to the end of its line at Kerrville, Texas; and WHEREAS, further attention has been directed to the Commissioners Court of Kerr County, Texas, to the fact that the Interstate Commerce Commission has been petitioned to permit the +ermination of all rail service on the aforesaid portion of the Southern Pacific Railroad line now serving Kerr County and intermediate areas of Kendall and Bexar
