It appearing to the Court that said reports are in due form and should be approved; therefore, on motion of Commissioner Bartel, seconded by Commissioner Burney, the Court unanimously approved said reports as submitted, to be filed with the County Clerk. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o PSO. 11107 SCHOCL TRUSTEE ELECTION RETURNS ADTD MAINTENANCE TAX ELECTIONS RETURNS CANVASSED AND TABULATED On this the 13th day of April 1970, came on to be considered by the Court the returns to be canvassed, to determine the results of the School Trustee Election and Maintenance Tax Election held on April 4, 1970, which included: Center Point Independent School District Hunt Independent School District Ingram Independent School District Divide Common School District No. 12 and Maintenance Tax Election in Divide Common School District No. 12 Wherefore, the Court having canvassed and tabulated the returns of the above mentioned Districts, is of the opinion that said returns, after having been canvassed and tabulated in Volume 5, Pages 103 and 104, Record of Election Returns, and as certified by each member of the Commissioners' Court, and upon motion made by Commissioner Bartel, seconded by Commissioner Burney, the Court unanimously approved said returns. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o N0. 11108 ORDER DECLARING RESULT OF MAINTENANCE TAX ELECTION THE STATE OF TEXAS ~ COUNTY OF KERB ~ DIVIDE COMMON SCHOOL DISTRICT N0. 12 On this the 13th day of April 1970, the Commissioners' Court of Kerr County, Texas, convened in regular session with the following members present, to-wit: Julius R. Neunhoffer, County Judge W. C. Schwethelm Commissioner Precinct No. 1 Clinton D. Burney Commissioner Precinct No. 2 Emmie M. Muenker County Clerk Adolph Bartel Commissioner Precinct No. 3 Roger Stone Commissioner Precinct No. 4 and the following absent: none, constituting a quorum and among other proceedings had by said Court was the following: There came on to be considered the returns of an election held on the 4th day of April, 1970, on the proposition of maintenance tax as provided in the order calling said election, and it appearing from said returns, duly and legally made, that there were cast at said election 15 valid and legal votes, of which number there were cast: "FOH SCHOOL TAX" 15 votes "AGAINST SCHOOL TAX" 0 votes w IT IS THEREFORE FOUND AND DECLARED, AND SO ORDERED, by the Commissioners' Court of Kerr County, Texas, that a majority of the resident qualified property taxpaying voters who owned taxable property in Divide Common School District No. 12, and who had duly render- ed the same for taxation, voting at said election voted in favor of said maintenance tax, and that, therefore, this Court is authorized to assess, levy and collect said maintenance
