H. 39 FROM THE VICINITY OF INGRAM TO THE F. M. 1338 - I. H. 10 INTERCHANGE On this the 13th day of April 19'70, came on to be considered by the Commissioners' Court of Kerr County, Texas an order to adopt a Resolution requesting the extension of S. H. 39 from the vicinity of Ingram to the F. M. 1338 - I. H. interchange. A motion was made by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Bartel and unanimous- ly approved by the Court to adopt said Resolution and that said Resolution be recorded verbatim in the Minutes of this Court as an appendix to this order. RESOLUTION WHEREAS, Plans for the 1970's for highways in District 15 of the Texas Highway Depart- ment were presented at a public hearing before the Texas Highway Commission in Austin on March 31, 1970, and WHEREAS, these plans included among others a recommendation of the Commissioners Court of Kerr County to extend S. H. 39 from the vicinity of Ingram to the F. T4. 1338 - I. H. 10 interchange, and WHEREAS, said S. H. 39 extension will provide a direct connection from I.
