ROAD 1341 AT GOLF AVENUE On this the 13th day of April, 1970, came on to be heard and considered by the Court the matter of compensation to be offered Sophie Mary Furman and 'Husband, W. A. Furman, for their conveyance to the State of Texas of a Channel Easement comprising 0.074 acres of land out of Survey No. 115, Thomas Hand, which Channel Easement is required for the reconstruction of the approaches to the Cuir_lan Creek bridge on F. M. Road 1341, and after due consideration by the Court, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Bartel, seconded by Commissioner Schwethelm and unanimously apprcved by the Court that Kerr County hereby offers to pay Sophie Mary Furman and husband, W. A. Furman, the sum of $25.00 as compensa- tion for their granting to the State of Texas of the Channel Easement comprising 0.074 acres as aforesaid; And it is further ordered that the Clerk and the Treasurer be authorized to draw a voucher in the amount of $25.00 on the F. M. and Lateral Road Fund payable to Sophie Mary Furman and husband, W. A.
