AGAINST the creation of the Kerr County Airport Authority composed of the area within Kerr County, Texas THAT a copy of this order, signed by the County Judge of Karr County and attested to by the County Clerk of Karr County, shall serve as proper and suYYicient notice of the election herein ordered, and that this order shall be published in a newspaper of general circula- tion throughout the County once a week for two consecutive weeks before the date of election, with the first notice being published no more than 28 nor less than 14 days before the date of election; and in addition, copies hereof shall be posted at the Kerr County Courthouse and filed with the County Clerk of Kerr County. THAT the election judges for each polling place as well as the judge of the Special Canvass- ing Board for absentee voting shall cause the ballots cast herein to be counted and the results certified to the Commissioners Court pursuant to applicable provisions of the Texas ::lection Code and within 10 days after the date of the election.
