Place an "X" in the square beside the statement indicating the way you wish to vote:
FOR the creation of the Kerr County Airport Authority composed of the area within
Kerr County, Texas.
AGAINST the creation of the Kerr County Airport Authority composed of the area within
Kerr County, Texas
THAT a copy of this order, signed by the County Judge of Karr County and attested to by
the County Clerk of Karr County, shall serve as proper and suYYicient notice of the election
herein ordered, and that this order shall be published in a newspaper of general circula-
tion throughout the County once a week for two consecutive weeks before the date of election,
with the first notice being published no more than 28 nor less than 14 days before the date
of election; and in addition, copies hereof shall be posted at the Kerr County Courthouse
and filed with the County Clerk of Kerr County.
THAT the election judges for each polling place as well as the judge of the Special Canvass-
ing Board for absentee voting shall cause the ballots cast herein to be counted and the
results certified to the Commissioners Court pursuant to applicable provisions of the Texas
::lection Code and within 10 days after the date of the election.
The above order being read in full, it was moved by Commissioner Schwethelm and seconded
by Commissioner Bartel that the same do pass. Thereupon the question being called for,
the following members of the Court voted AYE: Julius R. Neunhoffer, W. C. Schwethelm,
Clinton D. Burney, Adolph Bartel, Roger Stone, and the following voted N0: None.

by Commissioner Burney, the Court unanimously approved the claim of the City of Kerrville
in the amount of X2460.74 (.1424.2?_ payable out of the General Fund and y1036.52 payable
out of the Kerr County Public Librarv Fund), as shown in the Minutes of Accounts Allowed
page 1319 Voucher Nos. 26009 & 26010 , which were made a part hereof and of this order.

1VHEREAS, the City of Kerrville and the County of Kerr are the joint owners of the
Municipal Airport; and
U/HEREAS, the citizens of Kerr County have presented a petition to the Kerr County
Commissioners Court to call an election for the creation of the Kerr County Airport Authori-
ty under the provisions of House Bill No. 956 of tYie 60th Legislature, entitled "An Act
R=_lating to Creation of the Kerr County Airport Authority Under Section 12, Article IX,
Constitution of the State of Texas; Providing For the Authority's Establishment, Organiza-
tion, Administration, and Financing;
