On this the 2nd day of June 1970, upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded by
Commissioner Bartel, the Court unanimously approved the Plat of Hills S1' Dales Addition.

On this the 2nd day of June 1970, upon motion made by Commissioner Bartel, seconded
by Commissioner Burney, the Court unanimously approved that the Plat of Hill Country Ranch
No. 3
Estates/be accepted, provided in so doing Kerr County does not accept as County roadways
the road easements dedicated for public use and further that Kerr County does not assume
responsibility for repairs, maintenance of construction or reconstruction of roadways so
dedicated.

T?iIS AGREEMENT, made this 1 day of June, 19'70, by and between Kerr County, Texas,
hereinafter called the "County", Party of the First Part, acting by and through its Commis-
sinners Court and the State of Texas, hereinafter called the "State", Farty of the Second
Part, acting by and through its State Highway Commission.
WHEREAS, the County desires the construction of machine laid curb within the limits
from Kerrville City Limits at Golf Street East on Farm to Market Road No. 1341 and the State
will, among other things, provide for the construction of this work within these limits
and the County will contribute a fixed amount of Four Hundred and No/lOC Dollars 0400.00),
in payment for their portion of this work, and
W:IEREAS, the County by the execution. of this agreement agrees to the terms and condi-
tions of State Highway Commission Minute No. 63631, as it applies to the County, a copy
of which is attached hereto and marked "Exhibit A" and made a part of this agreement.
NOW THEREFORE, it is understood that this proposed work will be constructed by the
State and the County will transmit to the State with the return of this agreement, executed
by the County, a warrant made payable to the State Treasurer, Account of Trust Fund No.
927 in the amount of Four Hundred and No,:100 Dollars ('400.00). It is further understood
that the State will construct only those items for the County as requested and it is further
