City of Kerrville and Kerr County, the State Highway Engineer is directed to proceed with
the development of plans for construction and after the City and County have fulfilled
their responsibilities, proceed with construction in the most feasible and economical
manner, financing the work as a portion o£ the project presently authorized in the 1970
Farm to Market Road Improvement Program.

It is understood that the City and/or County may discharge their construction obliga-
tions as outlined herein in any manner as they may elect. In the event the City and/or
County desires the State to include their portion of the work in the State's construction
contract, the State Highway Engineer is hereby authorized to enter into agreement with
the City and/or County for such work and its cost as ma,y be agreed upon.
This Order shall become operative upon acceptance by the City of Kerrville and Kerr
County and if not accepted within 90 days o£ the date hereof, the action herein contained
shall be automatically cancelled.

On this the 8th day of June 1970, came on to be examined by the Court the various
claims and accounts against Kerr County and the respective Commissioners Precincts since
the last term of Court, which claims and accounts were approved for payment by the Clerk
and Treasurer, in amounts and out of Road and Bridge Nos. 1, 2, 3 and 4, Lateral Road No.
4, General, Officers Salary, Jury, County Law Library, Kerr County Public Library and
Permanent Improvement Funds and General Road and Bridge Fund, as shown in the Minutes of
Accounts Allowed from page 1330 thru 1333 Voucher Nos. 26363 thru 26495 which
were made a part hereof and of this order.
Motion made by Commissioner Bartel, seconded by Commissioner Burney and unanimously
approved by the Court.

N0. 11142 MONTHLY REPORTS OF COUPdTy AND PRECINCT OFFICERS OF KERR COUNTY APPROVED
On this the 8th day of June 1970, came on to be examined by the Court the various
reports of May of the County and Precinct Officers of Kerr County, Texas, and the same
having been heard and considered by the Court, finds that said reports are true and correct
and should be approved; therefore, upon motion of Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commis-
sioner Schwethelm, the Court unanimously approved that the submitted reports be accepted
and filed with the County Clerk for future reference and subject to audit.
