by Commissioner Stone, with Commissioners Burney, Bartel and Stone voting "AYE" and Commis-
sinner Schwethelm abstaining from voting, said motion carrying by a majority vote that the
provisions of Order D;o. 10937 be extended for an additional period of one year, commencing
June 15, 1970.

NC. 11144 TRANSFER OF X5,000.00 FROM GENERAL FUND TO OFFICERS SALARY FUND
On this the 8th day of June 1970, upon motion made by Commissioner Bartel, seconded
by Commissioner Schwethelm, the Court unanimously approved that the County Clerk and County
Treasurer be, and are hereby directed to transfer the sum of SC5,000.00 from the General
Fund to the Officers Salary Fund.

On this the 8t'n day of June 1970, came en to be heard and considered by the Court
the matter of the Commissioners' Court sitting as a Board of Equalization, and it appearing
to the Court that the same is a necessity; therefore on riotiou made by Commissioner
Schwethelm, seconded by Commissioner Stone, it was unanimously a.~~proved that ±he Commis-
