provisions of Order PTo. 10937 be extended for an additional period of one ,year, commencing
June 15, 1970.

On this the 8th day of June 1970, upon motion made by Commissioner Bartel, seconded
by Commissioner Schwethelm, the Court unanimously approved that the County Clerk and County
Treasurer be, and are hereby directed to transfer the sum of $5,000.00 from the General
Fund to the Officers Salary Fund.

Cn this the 8th day of June 1970, came on to be heard and considered by the Court
the matter of the Commissioners' Court sitting as a Board of Equalization, and it appearing
to tre Court that the same is a necessity; therefore on irotion made by Commissioner
Schwethelm, seconded by Commissioner Stone, it was unanimously approved that the Commis-
sioners' Court convene on July 7, 8 and 9th, 1970, between the hours of 9:C0 o'clock A. M.
and 4:OC o'clock P.T~I. and that proper notices be published and also notices be mailed to
those property owners whose valuations the Court proposed to change.
