COURT CONVENED IN SPECIAL SESSION June 29, 1970, at 2:00 o'clock P.M., with the
following officers present:

and the Court having duly opened, the following proceedings were had:
N0. 11148 APPOINTMENT OF MEMBERS OF THE KERRVILLE-KERR COUNTY MUNICIPAL AIRPORT BOARD
OF ADJUSTMENT
On this the 29th day of June, 1970, at a special mee+ing of the Commissioners' Court
of Kerr County, Texas, after lawful and timely notice first being duly made and given,
with a quorum present, came on to be considered by the Commissioners' Court of Kerr County,
Texas, at a special term of such Court, the matter of the appointment oŁ members of the
Kerrville-Kerr County Municipal Airport Board of Adjustment +o exercise the powers authoriz-
ed such board by the provisions of the Airport Zoning Act, (Articles 46e-1 to 46e-15,
inclusive, V.A.C.S.) and Aets amends+ory thereof or supplementary thereto, and it appearing
to the Court that on the 29th day of July, A.D. 1969, the Kerrville-Kerr County Joint
Municipal Airport Zoning Board adopted Order No. 1 creating such Board of Adjustment, and
it further appearing to the Court that the appointment of the members to such Board of
Adjustment is in the public interest of this County;
IT IS ACCORDINGLY ORDERED and there is hereby appointed to the Kerrville-Kerr County
Municipal Airport Board oŁ Adjustment the following members which said members as said
Board of Adjustment shall have and exercise the powers and duties prescribed in the Air-
port Zoning Act (Articles 46e-1 to 46e-15, inclusive, V.A.C.S.) and Acts amends+ory +here-
of or supplementary thereto, which said members are as follows:

5. Glen Nelson

N0. 11149 APPROVAL OF PLAT OF HILLTOP VILLAGE (RIGHT-OF-WAY)
On this the 29th day of June 1970, upon motion made by Commissioner Bartel, seconded
by Commissioner Burney, the Court unanimously approved the Plat of Hilltop Village (Right-
of-Way).

N0. 11150 TERMINATION OF EMPLOYMENT OF RAYMOND L. RHODES AS DEPUTY SHERIFF AND CENTER
POINT NIGHT-WATCHMAN
On this the 29th day of June 1970, upon motion made by Commissioner Bartel, seconded
by Commissioner Burney, with Commissioners Burney and Bartel voting "AYE" and Commissioner
Stone abstaining from voting, said motion carrying by a majority vote that the employment
of Raymond L. Rhodes as Deputy Sheriff and Center Point Nightwatchman be terminated as of
the end of his last day of duty, June 17, 1970 and that he receive his salary and allow-
ance for June 1 +hru June 17, 1970 and as of such time as he may make claim therefore
personally, from the County Treasurer.
