On this the 13th day of July 1970, came on to be examined by the Court the various
claims and accounts against Kerr County and the respective Commissioners Precincts since
the last term of Court, which claims and accounts were approved for payment by the Clerk
and Treasurer, in amounts and out of Road and Bridge Nos. 1, 2, 3 and 4, Lateral Road 2,

3 and 4, General, Officers Salary, County Law Library, Jury, F. M. and Lateral Road and
Kerr County Public Library Funds, as shown in the Minutes of Accounts Allowed from page
1337 thru 1340 Voucher Nos. 26596 thru 26732 which were made a part hereof and of
this order.
Motion made by Commissioner Schwethelm, seconded by Commissioner Bartel and unanimously
approved by the Court.

N0. 11153 MONTHLY REPORTS OF COUNTY AND PRECINCT OFFICERS OF KERR COUNTY APPROVED
On this the 13th day of July 1970, came on to be examined by the Court the various
reports of June of the County and Precinct Officers of Kerr County, Texas, and the same
having been heard and considered by the Court, finds that said reports are true and correct
and should be approved; therefore, upon motion of Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commis-
sinner Burney, the Court unanimously approved that the submitted reports be accepted and
filed with the County Clerk for future reference and subject to audit.

N0. 11154 APPROVAL OF COUNTY CLERK'S QUARTERLY REPORT ON TRUST FUND AND FINES
On this the 13th day of July 1970, came on to be examined by the Court the quarterly
report of all monies and fees collected by Emmie M. Muenker, County Clerk, belonging to
officers, witnesses and other persons, remaining in her hands uncalled for by the parties
entitled thereto, for the period ending the 30th day of June 1970 and held on deposit in
the County Clerk's Trust Fund in the amount of $4,491.65.
Also Quarterly Report of Fines Imposed, Jury and Library Fees, Judgments received and
collected in the County Court by the Clerk of said Court, in the amount of $1975.15.
It appearing to the Court that said reports are in due form and should be approved;
therefore, on motion of Commissioner Bartel, seconded by Commissioner Schwethelm, the Court
unanimously approved said reports as submitted, to be filed with the County Clerk.

N0. 11155 APPROVAL OF COUNTY CLERK'S SEMI-ANNUAL REPORT ON TRUST FUND AND FINES
On this the 13th day of July 1970, came on to be examined by the Court the semi-annual
report of all receipts and disbursements of the County Clerk Trust Fund in the Chas.
Schreiner Bank, Kerrville, Texas, of collections and deposits and disbursements by her in
her official capacity, to officers and persons entitled thereto, and amounts remaining in
her hands for the period from January 1, 1970, leaving a balance of $4491.65 on deposit in
said Trust Fund, for the period ending June 30, 1970.
It appearing to the Court that said report is in due form and should be approved;
therefore, on motion by Commissioner Bartel, seconded by Commissioner Burney, the Court
unanimously approved said report as submitted, to be filed with the County Clerk.

N0. 11156 ACCEPTANCE OF 1969 AUDIT AND PAYMENT OF SAME
On this the 13th day of July 1970, upon motion made by Commissioner Schwethelm,
seconded by Commissioner Stone, the Court unanimously approved that the audit of the Kerr
County Records for 1969 as made by the firm of Pressler, Thompson and Company be accepted
and that their claim in the amount of $3123.79 for their services be paid and that the
County Clerk and County Treasurer be authorized to draw a voucher on the General Fund for
payment of same.

N0. 11157 APPOINTMENT OF ELECTION OFFICIALS FOR THE YEAR 1970
On this the 13th day of July 1970, came on to be considered by the Court the appoint-
ment of the necessary election officials for the ensuing year, for each of the nineteen
Precincts of Kerr County and the Absentee Box at the Courthouse, as shown on Pages 15-21,
Inc., Vol. 2, Record of Election Judges for Kerr County, Texas.
Motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Bartel and unanimously
approved by the Gourt, that said officers be appointed for the year 1970 and made a part
hereof.
