COURT RECONVENED August 13, 1970 at 8:30 o'clock A.M., with all members present
and the Court having duly opened, the following proceedings were had:
_. N0. 11175 APPROVAL OF ANNUAL REPORTS OF TAX ASSESSOR-COLLECTOR FOR TAX YEAR 1969, ENDING
JUNE 30, 1970
On this the 13th day of August 1970 came on to be examined by the Court the settle-
ment with Juanita Reeves, Tax Assessor-Collector, for the period ending June 30, 1970 and
it appearing to the Court that said report is in proper form and should be approved; and
That the Tax Assessor-Collector be credited with the amounts as set forth on the
current tax roll of Insolvents, Errors, Delinquents and Discounts Allowed, as follows:

The differ	ence reflected	between the	charge and	the credits	is the amount	paid to the
respective	funds. This	collection represents a	collection	for the tax year 1969 in the
amount of	95.02.					
Supplemental collections to the 1969 tax roll are listed as follows:

and also that the Tax Assessor-Collector be charged with the amount collected in addition
to the current rolls of Insolvent Tax Collections, Redemptions, etc., as listed on the
report.
Upon motion made by Commissioner Bartel, seconded by Commissioner Burney, the Court
unanimously accepted said report as submitted, to be filed with the County Clerk for
further reference and subject to audit.

N0. 11176 APPROVAL OF QUARTERLY REPORT OF COUNTY TREASURER
On this the 13th day of August 1970, in Regular Monthly Session of Commissioners'
Court, came on for examination the Quarterly Report of Mrs. E. M. McDonald, County Treasur-
er of said County for the period beginning on the 1st day of May 1970 and ending on the
31st day of July 1970, and the same having been examined and compared by the Court and
found correct.
And it appearing to the Court that during the said time the Treasurer has received
for account and credit and paid out of each of said funds as reflected in the report and
become a part thereof; and that said accounts received and paid out of the respective funds,
• since the filing of the preceding report and during the period above stated, are found
correct as therein shown.
It is therefore ordered by the Court that the said detailed report be, and the same
is hereby approved, and the Clerk of this Court is hereby ordered to file same in the
-' record binder provided for the Minutes of County Finances, and that proper credits be made
in the accounts of said Treasurer in accordance with this order.
Motion made by Commissioner Schwethelm, seconded by Commissioner Burney and unanimous-
ly approved by the Court.
