~ BE IT REMEMBERED that there was begun and holden on the 14th
day of September 1970 at 10:00 o'clock A.M., in the City of Kerrville, a Regular Term of
the Commissioners' Court, with the following members present:
W. C. Schwethelm	Commissioner	Precinct	1
Clinton D. Burney	Commissioner	Precinct	2
Adolph Bartel	Commissioner	Precinct	3
Roger Stone	Commissioner	Precinct	4
and the Court having duly opened, the following proceedings were had:
N0. 11182 APPROVAL OF CLAIMS AND ACCOUNTS
On this the 14th day of September 1970, came on to be examined by the Court the various
claims and accounts against Kerr County and the respective Commissioners Precincts since
the last term of Court, which claims and accounts were approved for payment by the Clerk
and Treasurer, in amounts and out of Road and Bridge Tdos. 1, 2, 3 and 4, Lateral 1 and 4,
General Road and Bridge, General, Officers Salary, County Law Library, Permanent Improve-
went and Jury Funds, as shown in the Minutes of Accounts Allowed from page 1348 thru 1351,
Voucher Nos. 27019 thru 27160 , which were made a part hereof and of this order.
Motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Burney and unanimously
approved by the Court.

N0. 11183 MONTHLY REPORTS OF COUNTY AND PRECINCT OFFICERS OF KERR COUNTY APPROVED
On this the 14th day of September 1970, came on to be examined by the Court the
various reports of August of the County and Precinct Officers of Kerr County, Texas, and
the same having been heard and considered by the Court, finds that said reports are true
and correct and should be approved; therefore, upon motion of Commissioner Burney, seconded
by Commissioner Schwethelm, the Court unanimously approved that the submitted reports be
accepted and filed with the County Clerk for future reference and subject to	audit.

On this the 14th day of September 1970, upon motion made by Commissioner Schwethelm,
seconded by Commissioner Stone, the Court unanimously approved that upon receipt of
$20,864.12 into the Kerr County Lateral Road Fund, the County Clerk and County Treasurer
are hereby directed to make the following transfers:
