N0. 11190 APPORTIONMENT OF $8,000.00 FROM GENERAL ROAD AND BRIDGE FUND
On this the 14th day of September 1970, upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, second-
ed by Commissioner Burney, the Court unanimously approved that the County Clerk and County
Treasurer be, and are hereby directed to apportion the sum of °$8,000.00 out of the General
Road and Bridge Fund to the respective Commissioners' Precincts:

N0. 11191 RESIGNATIOPI OF MISS APdNE WEINHEIMER, DEPUTY TAX ASSESSOR-COLLECTOR
On this the 14th day of September 1970, upon motion made by Commissioner Schwethelm,
seconded by Commissioner Burney, the Court unanimously approved that the resignation of
Miss Anne Weinheimer, Deputy Tax Assessor-Collector be ratified and confirmed, effective
as of August 31, 1970.

N0. 11192 APPROVAL OF PLAT OF BOX S ACRES NORTH PASTURE
On this the 14th day of September 1970, upon motion made by Commissioner Schwethelm,
seconded by Commissioner Bartel, the Court unanimously approved that the Plat of Box S
Acres North Pasture be approved, provided in so doing Kerr County does not accept as County
Roadways the road easements dedicated for public use and further that Kerr County does not
assume responsibility for repair, maintenance, construction or reconstruction of roadways
so dedicated.
