NC. 11200 APPROVAL OF COJNTY CLERK'S QUARTERLY REPORT ON TRU5T FUND AND FINES
On this the 12th day of October 1970, came on to be examined by the Court the quarter-
ly report of all monies and fees collected by Emmie M. Muenker, County Clerk, belonging to
officers, witnesses and other persons, remaining in her hands uncalled for by the parties
entitled thereto, for the period ending the 30th day of September 1970 and held on deposit
in the County Clerk's Trust Fund in the amount of $3632.75.
Also Quarterly Report of Fines Imposed, Jury and Library Fees, Judgments received and
collected in the County Court by the Clerk of said Court, in the amount of $2615.50.
It appearing to the Court that said reports are in due form and should be approved;
therefore, on motion of Commissioner Bartel, seconded by Commissioner Burney, the Court
unanimously approved said reports as submitted, to be filed with the County Clerk.

On this the 12th day of October 1970, upon motion made by Commissioner Bartel, seconded
by Commissioner Burney, the Court unanimously approved that Addendum No. 1 to Edwards
Plateau Hunting, Fishing and Trapping Proclamation No. N-1 1970-71 be disapproved by the
court and that the same be filed, but not recorded in the Minutes of the Court.

N0. 11202 ORDER AUTHORIZING APPOINTI~'IENT OF BARBARA BEHRENS AS DEPUTY TAX ASSESSOR-COLLECTOR
On this the 12th day of October 1970, came on to be considered by the Court the applica-
tion of Juanita Reeves, Tax Assessor-Collector, for authority to appoint and deputize
Barbara Behrens as Deputy Tax Assessor-Collector, and it appearing to the Court that said
officer is entitled to said Deputy and that the application should be approved; therefore
on motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Schwethelm, the Court un-
animously approved that said officer be authorized to deputize Barbara Behrens as Deputy
Tax Assessor-Collector and that her salary be set at $4365.00 per annum, effective the date
of her qualification, the same being the 12th day of October 1970.

On this the 12th day of October 1970, upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded
by Commissioner Burney, the Court unanimously approved that F. M. 480 RIGHT-OF-LVAY FUND
be created.
